Warranty coverage applies only to original manufacturing defects. Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and force majeure damage are not covered. MOQ is 30 units for standard products and 100 units for custom profiles. Sample orders of 1–5 units are available through our Sample Request page.
Yes. We support custom sizes and shapes with CNC precision cutting at ±0.2mm tolerance. Send us your drawings and we will engineer the profiles to your exact specifications, including arched, triangular, and circular configurations.
Standard lead time is 25 days for standard products. Custom profiles, special finishes, or non-standard configurations require 35–40 days. We provide a detailed production timeline with every quote.
FOB pricing varies by configuration — profile series, glass type, hardware grade, finish, and performance parameters all affect unit cost. Request a quote with your project details for an itemized breakdown.
Yes. Volume discounts are available for container-load and project orders. Pricing tiers depend on product mix, order quantity, and certification requirements. Contact us for tiered pricing based on your specific project scope.
We offer DP30 to DP60+ rated systems. Our hurricane-zone sliding doors and casement windows achieve DP50–DP60 with impact glass, meeting Miami-Dade HVHZ performance thresholds for specified configurations. Test data is provided for each configuration.
All StarveilBuild products are engineered to align with AS2047 requirements for water tightness, wind pressure, and air infiltration. We provide full test data and parameter sheets on our Test Reports page so your Australian certifier can verify compliance.
Through our certification and technical partnerships, StarveilBuild can provide complete supporting documentation for applicable systems — including certification files, third-party test reports, performance data, and technical data sheets for CE, NFRC, AS2047, CSA, and Miami-Dade NOA standards. Certificate holder and testing body are identified in each document. Availability depends on product configuration and target market.
Certification ownership depends on the program. For co-branded certification, certificates are issued under your brand with StarveilBuild as the manufacturing partner. Through our certification partnerships, we can also provide existing certification documentation for applicable product configurations, with the certificate holder and testing laboratory clearly identified.
Yes. We manufacture and supply full test specimens (complete window/door units with installation frames) for third-party lab testing. Typical lead time for specimen production is 3–4 weeks.
From specimen production to certificate issuance, typical timelines are: 8–12 weeks for Miami-Dade NOA, 6–8 weeks for AS2047, and 10–14 weeks for CE marking — subject to third-party lab scheduling and testing queue. StarveilBuild supports each stage with engineering docs.
If the failure is due to manufacturing defects (verified by our engineering review), we provide a free re-test specimen and adjust production parameters before re-submission. Failures due to specification changes, installation errors, or lab testing conditions are evaluated case by case.
We support FOB (Foshan or Guangzhou), CIF, and DDP terms. FOB is the most common for established importers. DDP is available for customers who prefer door-to-door delivery with all duties handled.
Yes. We provide full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and any FTA certificates needed (e.g., FORM E for ASEAN, FORM A for GSP). Our export team coordinates with your freight forwarder.
