Six Steps From Requirement to Delivery

A structured workflow that removes guesswork from system selection, technical coordination, production and global delivery.

01

Requirement Review

Review drawings, climate zone, building code, performance targets, openings and budget parameters.

Drawing analysis · Code check · Target sheet

02

System Recommendation

Recommend profile structure, glass, hardware, finish, opening type and thermal performance.

Six-dimension configuration · Spec sheet · Cost estimate

03

Technical Coordination

Coordinate with architects, contractors, structural engineers and interfacing trades.

RFI responses · Interface coordination · Design review

04

Drawing Confirmation

Produce shop drawings with dimensions, cross-sections, hardware, glazing and installation details.

Shop drawings · Section details · Written approval

05

Production Support

Provide weekly photo updates, four QC gate reports and container loading supervision.

Photo reports · QC gates · Video access

06

Global Delivery

Coordinate ISPM-15 packing, export documents, flexible Incoterms, tracking and customs support.

CI / PL / BL / C-O · Loading photos · Delivery tracking

Engineering Service Questions

Common questions about drawings, system selection, shop drawings and project coordination.

What file formats can I upload?

We accept DWG, DXF, PDF, Revit RVT, SketchUp SKP, JPG and PNG files. Maximum file size is 50MB per file. Larger files can be shared through a cloud drive link.

How long does a system recommendation take?

Our engineering team reviews the submitted requirements and responds within 24 hours with a system recommendation covering profiles, glass, hardware, finish, opening type and thermal performance.

Do you provide shop drawings for approval?

Yes. After the system recommendation is confirmed, detailed shop drawings show dimensions, cross-sections, hardware placement, glazing and installation details. Production starts only after written approval.

Can you coordinate with our architect or contractor?

Yes. We participate in design reviews, respond to RFIs, coordinate structural openings and align with facade, structural, MEP and interior trades.

What happens during production follow-up?

We provide weekly production photo updates, QC reports at incoming material, in-process, assembly and pre-shipment gates, plus container loading supervision.
