Foshan Window & Door Manufacturing
Precision Production.Controlled from Drawing to Dispatch.
Integrated control across CNC machining, assembly, quality inspection, and export packing—supported by qualified extrusion, coating, and glass partners.
Manufacturing Philosophy
Engineered, Not Guessed
We work backwards from your project: climate zone, building standard, and structural requirements define every manufacturing parameter — from profile wall thickness to glass interlayer thickness to hardware grade.
Every production order starts with an engineering review. Every unit ships with a documented QC record. Every parameter is traceable to a standard.
Parameter-Driven Production
Profile depth, glass type, hardware grade, and finish are all configured to your project — not picked from stock.
Integrated Production Control
CNC machining, assembly, QC, and export packing are managed in-house. Extrusion, glass tempering, and powder coating are handled by long-term partner facilities under our specifications.
Engineer-to-Code
Products are engineered to meet ASTM, EN, AS2047 thresholds. Test specimens and compliance documentation available for every order.

Factory FAQ
Common Questions From B2B Buyers
Answers to the questions we hear most from builders, distributors, and procurement teams.
What is Integrated Production Control and how does it differ from full in-house manufacturing?
CNC machining, assembly, QC inspection, and export packing are managed in-house at our 15,000 sq.m Foshan facility. Extrusion, glass tempering, and powder coating are handled by long-term partner facilities that produce to our specifications and tolerances. This model gives you the engineering control of in-house manufacturing with the scalability of a partner network — without the overhead costs of maintaining rarely-used specialized equipment.
Can I visit the factory or schedule a video tour before placing an order?
Yes. We offer three audit options: a live video walkthrough of CNC, assembly, QC, and packing areas; an on-site visit to our Foshan facility where you can review production lines and QC records; and a documentation audit where we send mill certs, test reports, and QC checklists for your engineering team to review. Contact us to schedule any of these options.
What certification documentation do you provide with each order?
Every order ships with mill certificates, QC inspection records (with photos and serial numbers), and packing lists. For certification: we engineer products to meet ASTM E1886, AS 2047, EN 14351-1, and NFRC thresholds, and supply full test specimens, technical files, and compliance documentation. Final certificates are issued under your brand name by accredited testing bodies in your market. This is our Certification Partnership Model — you own the certificate, we provide the engineering and documentation.
What is the standard lead time and how do you handle rush orders?
Standard lead time is 25 days from confirmed drawings and deposit. Rush production at 15 days is available for priority orders, subject to production slot availability. Throughout production, we provide weekly photo updates and container loading supervision. Shipping terms are flexible: FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen, CIF to your destination port, or DDP to your warehouse in select countries.
Do you manufacture balustrade and railing systems in addition to windows and doors?
Yes. In addition to aluminum windows and doors, we produce frameless glass balustrade and railing systems using the same CNC machining, glass processing, and QC infrastructure. As a custom frameless glass railing supplier, our frameless glass railing system features 12mm tempered glass with marine-grade aluminum U-channel mounting — suitable for villa stairs, balconies, and coastal anti-salt glass balustrade applications. Engineered to EN 12600 thresholds. Production follows a 30-day lead time and the same 4-stage QC process.
