Which Incoterms do you support?

FOB, CIF and DDP options are available. The quotation identifies which party covers freight, insurance, customs, duties and inland delivery.

How is a container load plan prepared?

We review the product mix, dimensions, crate or pallet choice and weight distribution, then provide a confirmed plan with the project quotation.

What happens if cargo arrives damaged?

Report the issue within seven days with photos and the order number. The QC team reviews the claim and coordinates all-risk insurance and replacement handling.

Are export documents included?

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading and applicable packaging or performance documents are coordinated with the shipment.

What is the typical production lead time?

Standard production is approximately 25 days after approved drawings, deposit receipt and production slot confirmation. Packing and transit time are additional.
